Wake NCAE is the local affiliate of the North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE) and the National Education Association (NEA).

With over 19,000 public school employees at over 187 worksites in Wake County, joining your professional organization is the most effective way to make an impact on issues concerning public education. Wake NCAE is working to organize leadership in our buildings to defend and transform public schools with the aim of winning the working and learning conditions we all deserve. The best gift you can give yourself is to join NCAE. We are in this together, and we need you!
 


We accept membership applications at any time during the year. To become a member, talk to the representative at any Wake school site, Administration Office, or transportation site. You are also able to join online at ncae.org.
